Financial Management, Principles and Applications, Volume 2 is intended for use in a second course in Financial Management. -It covers the essential. advanced concepts in financial management needed to help students develop finance literacy without becoming overwhelmed. This book has been designed to make the study of Financial Management a meaningful and interesting learning experience for the student. To achieve this goal, a number of pedagogical features the most up-to-date information available, numerous examples and linkage with other disciplines such as economics, accounting and quantitative techniques were included.

Careful consideration was given to the sequencing of Chapters in the book while at the same time allowing the professor flexibility in the design of the course.
