Abstract
This book was conceptualized several years ago for reference or textbook for students in Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship, ladderized program. It can also be of help to students in different levels of education who have passion for Entrepreneurship. Hence, the presentation of topics by specialization and by chapter, all the way provides some knowledge and skills towards a successful Entrepreneurial endeavor.

Chapter 1 discusses the Origin and Nature of Entrepreneurship with the learning objective to know the origin and nature of Entrepreneurship, the different views of Entrepreneurship, and its impact to our economy.

Chapter 2 deals on the Philippine Economy and how an Economy grows. Its learning objective is to orient people on the status of the Philippine Economy, the factors that affect business establishment, how a specific economy grows, and how Entrepreneurship helps improve the quality of life of the Filipino people.

Chapter 3 discusses the Attributes, Qualities, and Characteristics of an Entrepreneur, with the learning objective to identify and emulate the attributes of an Entrepreneur, especially the traits and behavior.

Chapter 4 deals on Appraising Yourself for an Entrepreneurial Career. Its learning objective is to assess readiness for an entrepreneurial career, identify its strengths and weaknesses and its competencies, the prerequisite and proper attitude, how to develop creativity, goal setting, risk-taking, information-seeking, and other behaviors associated with becoming a successful Entrepreneur.

Chapter 5 discusses the Search for Business Opportunity, Ideation, Innovation, and Creativity. Its learning objective is to know the entrepreneurial activities in searching for business opportunities, such as ideation, innovation, and creativity.

Chapter 6 discusses the Business Plan. Its learning objective is to know the importance of business planning, its advantages and disadvantages, and the step-by-step procedures in preparing a project or feasibility study.

Chapter 7 discusses the Ownership and Organization. Its learning objective is to know the different types and forms of business organization the requirements and procedure for registration with other government offices, and the best form of ownership.

Chapter 8 deals on Financing the Venture, with the learning objective to know the capital requirements for each type of business sources, understanding what is Initial Public Offering (IPO), the C's of credit, and the risks involved in each kind of sources of capital.

Chapter 9 deals on Start-Up Operations and Getting Started in Business. Its learning objective is to apply the basic guidelines in getting started in business, learn how to comply with government clearances, and learning how to register a business name without legal compliance.

Chapter 10 discusses the Production of Goods and Services, with the learning objective to know the meaning of marketing and marketing management, and the responsibilities of a marketing manager, especially in production and pricing.

Chapter 11 discusses Understanding the Basics of Accounting and Finance/Financial Management. Its learning objective is to have knowledge in the analysis of financial statements, budgeting, cash management, and especially the role of financial manager on sound financing and financial record management.

Chapter 12 discusses Social Responsibility. Its learning objective is to know the social responsibility of the Entrepreneur to his customers, suppliers, stockholders, fellow businessmen, government, to the" community, and to his employees, to develop such business relationship measured by fairness, honesty, and justice, and to maintain the rights of consumers, job creation, and business ethics.

Chapter 13 pertains to Business Successes through People's Development. Its learning objective is to have adequate knowledge about motivation and the basic guidelines of what to expect from management.

Chapter 14 discusses the Success Stories of Successful Entrepreneurs. Its learning objective is to motivate and inspire future Entrepreneurs, to provide them the opportunity for self-reliance, and to adopt the qualities demonstrated by the selected Entrepreneurs.

Chapter 15 discusses Franchising. Its learning objective is to know the background of franchising a business, the basic principles and concepts of franchising the capital requirement, the successes and failures in franchising, and some advisory on franchising.

Chapter 16 deals with E-Commerce. Its learning objective is to know the role of E-Commerce in Entrepreneurship, the nature of E-Commerce, telecommunication, local area networking (LAN), Internet, on-line marketing, cyber Entrepreneurship, and others.
