At the same time, the book functions as a reviewer that is anchored with the National Competency-Based Teacher Standards (NCBTS) and the Revised Competencies of Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) for Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
This book aims to provide a comprehensive and extensive discussion on Assessment of Learning II. The content of this book is based on the CHED Memorandum Order on Teacher Education Program known as CMO 30 Series of 2004 and is also aligned with the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) competencies for the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
Part I focuses on the utilization of assessment data and the development of scoring rubrics that will be used to evaluate the level of proficiency of the performance of the students. It also highlights the utilization of performance-based assessment and portfolio assessment that will be used for assessing the level of performance of the learners. Assessing affective learning outcomes, grading and reporting systems, and assessing students with disabilities are also discussed in this book.
Part II serves as a reviewer for Assessment of Learning. All questions are practical applications of the different concepts and principles used in assessing the achievements and performances of students. Review questions are anchored to the National Competency-Based Teacher Standards (NCBTS) and the Revised Competencies of Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) for Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
